Paul Lato Two Wolves Sauvignon Blanc O Sole Mio 2021

I love Paul's Sauvignon Blanc, and his 2021 O Sole Mio Sauvignon Blanc Two Wolves Vineyard is a winner, offering a clean, crisp bouquet of white grapefruit, crushed citrus, white flowers, and honeyed minerality. Beautifully balanced, medium-bodied, and textured, with bright, vibrant acidity, it's a brilliant effort that will be about as versatile as they come on the dinner table. I would drink bottles over the coming couple of years while the fruit is vibrant and fresh, yet I certainly wouldn't be surprised to see this have an interesting evolution over the coming decade.  95 points rated by Jeb Dunnuck
