Paul Lato Probono Rosso 2019

A combination of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon fruit comes from some of the premier vineyard sites in Santa Barbara and is aged for 22 months in once-used 500-liter puncheons. Beautiful to look at in the glass with a deep, dark ruby core with a neon purple rim that offers fantastic notes of boysenberry jam, cedary herbs, toasted cinnamon stick, black fresh cherry, and Mexican chocolate. It’s rich and fruity on the palate, ending clean and dry. 92 Points rated by Jeremy Young, IWR
