This means it's an organic highland Arabica from a single farm – the Demeter-certified "La Chacra D'dago" coffee farm. Its hand-picked green coffee beans are gently and carefully roasted in drum roasters in Hamburg. This is how they develop their unique, characteristic flavor profile – typical of Mount Hagen: mild, nutty, chocolatey, with a slight sweetness. This is an exceptional coffee, whether prepared in a fully automatic coffee machine, as a pour-over, or even in a French press.
