Corryton Burge Kith Barossa Shiraz 2020

Shiraz sourced from the central and southern parishes of the Barossa Valley, aged in French and American hogsheads (15% new) for 18 months. Fruit notes of plum and dark-fruit compote underscored by baking spice, licorice, dark chocolate, espresso and earth. Lovely fruit weight, purity and flow on the palate, tight sandy tannins and a medium-length finish.
